The advertising surrounding SUPERFRIDGE is a critical factor in gaining
consumers' attention to your brand's SUPERFRIDGE event. The more consumers it
can attract, the greater the sales potential.

Advertising Material Specification Sheet
Posters:
The posters surround the SUPERFRIDGE unit and comprise the largest advertising
space in a supermarket. Their purpose is to attract shoppers from 30 - 40 feet
away. Click here to view the Poster
Specifications.
-
Rules of "out-of-home " apply. Try to keep the advertising as visually
simple/clear-cut as possible. If possible, review layouts - at the final size -
from that distance. Type size and style are important considerations.
-
Brand identification - either through use of a logo or package shot - should be
prominent. (Unless new or unique, the package is less important for SUPERFRIDGE
than for other forms of advertising. Consumers don't have to seek it out. It's
right there.)
-
If it is "NEW" - SCREAM IT!
-
Appetite appeal - assuming photography can convey it - can be most beneficial
in creating the purchase impulse.
-
Use colors judiciously. Contrast is important and can improve readability.
(Remember, white is a color.)
Riser Card:
The riser card is fastened to the top of the unit as an eye level and prominent
call to action. Click here to view the Riser
Card Specifications.
-
Since consumers have reached this "second stage" of SUPERFRIDGE (advertising
caused them to approach), there is no need for "hard sell" copy. Reinforcing
the logo, newness, product or design element is all that is necessary.
-
Our specifications for the riser card request that no "live" copy be placed on
the lower portion (4 5/8") of the card. This is the area in which our
Merchandisers place store pricing. This area can be white, or a background
color/design element can bleed to the bottom of the card.
DISREGARD ANY OF THE ABOVE IN FAVOR OF CREATIVITY. IF IT'S GREAT, DO IT!
Receiving Requirements:
Please note that we have specific
requirements to follow when shipping POS materials to In-Store for use
in a promotion.
